Vineyard management: work and days

Our job consists in taking care of the vine, pruning it, paying the necessary attention to it (roots system analysis, vine stocks feeding) but also leaving on the canes only the required quantity of grapes and finally picking them up when they are ripe.

Throughout the year we carefully supervise and give a constant care to the vine. At each stage, our hands help to maintain the gift from the nature.

 

 

Respect for the vine gives birth to the nobility of wine.

Limiting interventions organic and HVE3, respecting the environment of the vineyard we ensure its protection.

The double guyot cutting helps for a perfect ventilationof the bunches of grapes.

The natural presence of grass between the rows produces grapes with an excellent qualitative potential.

The "green" harvests take out suckers and new shoots. We thin out the leaves in July to favour the homogeneous ripening and the grape concentration
